of others, the procedure of the incorporation is almost same starting from making
of DSC of directors and subscribers, DIN of directors and subscribers, Name
approval, filling of various forms to the registrar
of companies and after filling the forms submitting the PAN and TAN application
online by affixing DSC on it. When the registrar is satisfied with the
documents, certificate of incorporation will be issued. In case of a public limited company, in addition to the certificate of incorporation, a certificate of
commencement of business will also be required.
For section -8 company, the procedure
slightly differs. After name approval
process, the promoters have to apply for the issuance of a license in Form INC-12 along with documents
prescribed in form. Once form gets
approved, the license is issued in Form
INC-16. After getting a license,
application for incorporation is filled in Form INC-7, DIR-12, and INC-22 along with the documents prescribed.
Once the Registrar is satisfied with the forms, Certificate of Incorporation is
issued.
