Process for Private Limited Company Registration

The first and foremost step is to acquire DSC of both directors and subscribers. Next is to obtain DIN of directors and subscriber. When above requirements are fulfilled, then has to apply for the name reservation in FORM INC-1 only 6 names can be applied in order of their preference. Once the name has been approved, then has to file documents relating to details of directors, the address of registered office, declarations as per the requirement of the actin Spice form accompanied with Spice_ MOA and Spice_ AOA. While submitting these forms, the applicant also has to pay requisite stamp duty as applicable in case of concerned state on the portal. Once the form has been submitted, then the form for PAN and TAN of the company is generated online which has to be submitted by affixing a digital signature to it. After the verification, of all the documents and forms by the concerned ROC, a Certificate of Incorporation of Company is issued.
