The first and foremost step is to acquire DSC of both directors and subscribers. Next is to obtain DIN of directors and subscriber. Once the name has been approved, then has to file documents relating to details of directors, the address of registered office, declarations as per the requirement of the actin Spice form accompanied with Spice_ MOA and Spice_ AOA. Once the form has been submitted, then the form for PAN and TAN of the company is generated online which has to be submitted by affixing a digital signature to it.
